Empowering Brands with Strong Digital Presence at Liplyn Academy

Luke Liplijn - top 10 visionary leaders

In today’s dynamic world, advancements like AI are reshaping the way sectors work. Leaders like Luke Liplijn are pioneers behind such transformations. As the Founder and CEO of Liplyn Group, he has added his two decades of experience as a PropTech entrepreneur. Liplyn Group is an AI-first media and technology company operating across a wide range of services, from property intelligence to digital education. Emphasizing on Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and SEO, Liplyn provides data and AI consultancy, while developing data platforms.

Adapting to the changing market conditions, Liplyn Group has recently launched its training institute, Liplyn Academy. With a focus to prepare organisations across the MENA region for the AI search economy, this academy’s classroom courses are now running from its Dubai offices, alongside offering online programmes.

With Liplyn Academy, Liplyn Group is here to transform how we search things online forever, while envisioning a much larger shift in AI search ahead in the coming times. Known for its highest rate of satisfied clients, Liplyn Group launched the academy at the request of these clients. It offers training in AI Visibility, Vibe Coding and Agentic AI, delivered both online and in-person from Liplyn’s Dubai office in One JLT.

I foresee that within five years, 80% of the apps on our mobile phones will be replaced by AI assistants, and that within a year the Google search bar will no longer exist as we have known it for years,” says Luke Liplijn, founder of Liplyn Group. “Where today you search for a property online and are referred to a listings portal as PropertyFinder, in the future you will simply tell an AI assistant what kind of home you are looking for, in what price range and in which neighbourhood. The AI assistant will then send you a personal notification as soon as a suitable property comes onto the market, including the details of the agency, so you can immediately schedule a viewing. This applies to all products and services; from the shoes you have been looking for to the concert of a specific artist. In the new Google update, AI can even buy those shoes or that ticket directly for you, if you give permission.”

From visibility to knowledge building, according to Liplyn, AI is not only changing how people search, but also how companies need to be organised. While SEO for many years revolved around achieving a high position in Google, a new playing field is now emerging in which AI assistants summarise answers, select sources and decide whether or not to recommend brands.

Knowledge of AI Search Visibility is therefore becoming increasingly important. “The question is no longer only: are you at the top of Google?” says Liplijn. “The new question is: are you mentioned, cited and trusted by AI systems? That requires a different way of thinking about content, authority, technology and reputation. We talk a lot now about ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Claude, but there are hundreds of other AI systems being used by country, by type of search query or as AI assistants. If you want to remain visible as a company, or if you are a government that wants people to find the right information, you need to move with this development.”

Not only marketing teams, but entire organisations will need to understand how AI systems select, interpret and recommend information, and Liplyn Academy has been developed to make that knowledge accessible to professionals and teams that want to start working with AI themselves. Built for the way regional teams actually work, the courses are flexible, available for learning online or in-person. Courses are available fully online for distributed and international teams, and as in-person, instructor-led sessions are conducted at Liplyn’s Dubai office in One JLT, Levels 6 & 7, Jumeirah Lake Towers.

With the classroom format, professionals and organisations get hands-on training in AI Visibility, Vibe Coding and Agentic AI, with practical workshops tailored to their own brands, content and markets. Liplyn Academy even arranges group and in-company programmes on request. With these developments, the company is reshaping AI, regulation and privacy Regulation, ethics and privacy.

Liplijn shares, “Organisations that, for certain reasons, do not want to be found can request an AI opt-out from some providers; from that point onward, they will no longer be mentioned in, for example, Google AI Overview. There is now a large number of AI search providers, and each handles this differently; which makes informed guidance more important than ever for organisations operating across multiple markets and jurisdictions.”

In addition to training, Liplyn is also working on solutions for AI visibility and content distribution. Managing a network of 70+ websites that together attract more than 4 million visitors per month, positions Liplyn Network as a partner for organisations that want to prepare for a future in which AI assistants play an increasingly important role in search behaviour, brand trust and decision-making.

The launch of Liplyn Academy fits within Liplyn Group’s broader strategy to support companies in the new AI-driven information landscape, combining marketing, technology, education and content distribution to help brands remain visible and relevant.

Jasbir Bassi | A Story of Strength, Vision, and Heart

jasbir bassi - top 10 visionary leaders

Building a business from the ground up takes patience, resilience, and the ability to keep moving forward through every challenge. Jasbir Bassi has done exactly that. As Managing Director of Car Fare Group, she has spent more than 25 years helping shape one of the UAE’s leading homegrown car rental companies while staying true to the values that have guided her from the beginning.

Raised as the daughter of an Indian Army officer, Jasbir grew up with a strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and commitment. Those qualities, combined with the entrepreneurial influence of her husband, Mr. K. S. Bassi, laid the foundation for a leadership style built on consistency, integrity, and respect for people.

Car Fare Group began in 1997 with a small office in Karama, five vehicles, and a clear ambition to build something lasting. Today, the company manages a fleet of more than 3,000 vehicles and operates across several divisions, including Rent-a-Car, Workshop Services, Auto Detailing, and Used Cars. Despite competing with global brands, Car Fare has remained proudly local.

“We humbly state that Car Fare is a brand to reckon with,” Jasbir says. “We are an organic, local entity with a stand-alone position in the market, and we remain strong and committed to keeping our space secured always.”

For Jasbir, leadership is not defined by titles or authority. It is about taking responsibility, supporting the people around her, and making decisions that benefit both the business and its customers. She believes long-term success comes from staying honest, keeping promises, and adapting to changing market needs without losing sight of core values.

Those principles continue to guide Car Fare’s direction. The company’s focus remains on delivering reliable mobility solutions while pursuing sustainable growth and maintaining the trust it has built with customers across the UAE.

Outside the business, Jasbir is equally committed to giving back. She actively supports the Jyoti Saroop Kanya Asra orphanage in India, helping provide food, education, and shelter for orphaned girls. In the UAE, she has contributed to organizations including Dubai Cares, the Rashid Center for People of Determination, and the Al Noor Center for children with special needs.

Her charitable work also extends internationally through collaboration with the UNHCR to support access to higher education for refugee children. During devastating floods in Punjab, India, she adopted ten affected families, committing to help them rebuild their lives. For Jasbir, community support is a responsibility rather than an option.

“For me, giving back isn’t a choice—it’s an obligation,” she says.

Her work in business and philanthropy has been recognized through a number of prestigious honors. Under her leadership, Car Fare Group received the Dubai Quality Appreciation Award 2023. Jasbir has also been featured in the Sikh 100 Edition 2024 alongside distinguished Sikh personalities. Her other recognitions include the Black Swan Award for Women Empowerment (2018), the Gulf News Being She Award for Excellence in Transportation (2024), the Wonder Women Award (2023), the Global Business Impact Award (2025) presented at the Dubai International Business Awards, and The Emirates Loves India Award (2025).

Jasbir Bassi’s journey reflects what can be achieved through steady leadership, hard work, and genuine care for others. From growing a small business into a respected UAE brand to making a meaningful difference through philanthropy, she continues to lead with purpose while proving that lasting success is built on integrity, commitment, and compassion.

Cristina Passione Calò | Building a Better Future for the Creator Economy

Cristina Passione Calò - top 10 visionary leaders

Cristina Passione Calò has always believed that the best businesses are built by people who truly understand the problems they’re solving. Before becoming the CEO and Co-Founder of Starflare.AI, she spent years working as a content creator, experiencing both the opportunities and frustrations of influencer marketing firsthand. That experience inspired her to build a platform that makes collaboration between creators and brands simpler, fairer, and more transparent.

“I built what I needed because the industry didn’t have it,” Cristina says.

Today, Starflare.AI is helping reshape how creators and businesses work together. The platform uses AI to simplify campaign management, improve brand matching, and reduce the manual work that often slows down influencer partnerships. Rather than replacing the human side of the creator economy, Starflare is designed to support it.

Cristina’s transition from creator to entrepreneur brought an entirely new set of challenges. Building a technology company required learning new skills, making difficult decisions, and staying focused through uncertainty. Looking back, she believes resilience has been one of the most valuable lessons of her journey.

One of Starflare’s early decisions set it apart from many competitors. Instead of focusing first on attracting brands, the company invested in building a strong creator community. Cristina believed that if creators found genuine value in the platform, brands would naturally follow. The strategy proved successful, helping Starflare establish an engaged network before expanding its commercial partnerships.

Her leadership style reflects the same philosophy. Cristina believes good ideas come from collaboration, open communication, and giving people the confidence to contribute. She encourages her team to question assumptions, solve problems together, and keep improving the platform with every new challenge.

Transparency is another principle that guides both Cristina and Starflare. She believes creators deserve clearer agreements, faster payments, and platforms that put fairness at the center of every partnership. By addressing these long-standing challenges, Starflare is helping build stronger relationships between creators and brands.

As the company continues to grow and prepares for its next stage of expansion, Cristina remains focused on the mission that inspired Starflare from the beginning: creating a platform that gives creators better opportunities while helping brands build authentic partnerships.

Cristina Passione Calò’s journey shows how personal experience can become the foundation for meaningful innovation. Through Starflare.AI, she is building more than a technology platform—she is helping shape a creator economy where trust, transparency, and collaboration come first.
