A nearby resident witnessed the fire and shared his experience. “Just about to go to bed and we heard quite a big boom, very loud,” he said. “I went out on the terrace, and right opposite my building, a building in Dubai Creek Harbour got hit. It might have been debris or a drone, I’m not sure.”
